Summary
Nine years ago, Petra Arachnus was kidnapped from his far-off planet, where everyone had the spider-like abilities he did. The spacecraft his captor's took him in crash-landed on Earth, where he met and was taken in by May and Ben Parker, who renamed him Peter Benjamin Parker to help him blend into Earth.
Now, someone with powers that seem to match Spiderman's has started murdering civilians. Peter must prove his innocence to the Avengers team, while also confronting what can only be a murderer from his home planet, now come to Earth to find him. After nine long years away from home, will Peter finally get to see his birth parents again, and possibly even introduce them to the family he's made on Earth?
It's kinda an out-there idea, but give it a shot?
