Summary
To the world, Ikuyo Kita is a diamond: polished, sparkling, and perfect. But diamonds are hard, and Hitori Gotoh learns that Kita has a habit of breaking things that are softer than she is.
It starts with decimated pen caps and chewed-up straws. It escalates to the polyester drawstrings of Hitori’s favorite pink tracksuit. But when plastic and fabric stop providing enough resistance for Kita’s overactive brain, she sets her sights on a new texture: the hardened, rock-and-roll calluses on Hitori’s left hand.

Let it be known that by the authority vested in the Office of the President of the General Student Council, this Encyclopedia is hereby commissioned for the purpose of consolidating general knowledge pertaining to the Federal Polity of Kivotos, its peoples, institutions, customs, and territories.
The need for such a work has become painfully apparent.
I am particularly exhausted by the amount volume of claims filed under: "Grievous Injury to Reproductive Anatomy." Let me be unambiguous: if you, as a foreign visitor, proposition a student of Kivotos without understanding our customs, our laws, or the tensile strength of our girls' organ, you have no one to blame but yourself. The popular conception abroad that Kivotos is some manner of "paradise of willing maidens" is not merely false; it is dangerously, catastrophically,wrong . My sympathy for flattened appendages is nonexistent. My patience for processing these forms is thinner still
I do not have time to personally explain to every confused tourist why their preconceptions are wrong.

Summary
Ash has just finished helping Greninja get rid of enough of the Vines around the Kalos region and is finally on his way home to rest, taking all of his pokemon with him. Ash didn't like the idea of leaving his pokemon in this region and he knows he wont want to come back, so he makes one final round through Kalos to say goodbye to everyone and collect his pokemon to take back with him.
As soon as he lands in Kanto, Ash gets a call from Prof. Oak about hhis pokemon and makes a choice that will change many things for his future.
