Eight-year-old Sanji has just been taken in by Zeff, a gruff but kindhearted chef who agreed to foster him after a messy custody situation. Sanji arrives with almost nothing — just a worn, baby-blue blanket that smells faintly of detergent and comfort. It’s the only piece of stability in his life. Without it, he can’t sleep, eat, or calm down.

Summary
All his anger is aimed at the unconscious marine on the floor at his feet. His attention, however, is fixed on the child standing on the deck in the place where the cook should be.
A small child, practically swallowed by the cook’s clothes, curled eyebrow pinched and eyes afraid and obviously Sanji.

A devil fruit user turns Sanji into his six year old self for an unspecified length of time and the strawhats are around to take care of him. Back on the sea post-Wano, his crew are aware of his past and of the cruelties he lived with as a kid. That doesn't make it easier for them to see the effects of this for themselves.

Summary
Sanji doesn’t think he’ll ever be ready to air out his emotional baggage. If Bege hadn’t outed his familial ties they likely never would have come out at all. His crew is aware of who he is and the weight behind his unwanted surname. Sanji has thrown it away.
It seems only right that the man who raised him be made aware of it too.

Sanji isn't ready to talk about his secret past, even if his family issues have been made public in the form of an updated bounty. His family - his real ones - just want to be supportive.
