Izuku would be able to recognize that voice anywhere. Sure, he had not actually heard it live since… quite some years, but it was still as loud and harsh as twelve years ago. His attitude had not changed. It was surprising that his PR team hadn't given up trying to make him appealing to little kids.
Izuku then decides that standing by the lift for another five minutes is probably not the best idea if he wants to make a good impression by being on time, so he opens the door to room three.
“Officer Midoriya from the station in Toshima, I'm here for erhm-”
Izuku is trying his best to not stare at Bakugou, he hasn't even looked the blondes way, too scared to see his face outside of a computer screen.
“I’m here to do quirk analysis”
