A Flemish style Golden Age in the Vale. Royce lands are the size of Belgium.
Elaena Targaryen, now Royce, just wants to stay out of the Dance and fears heights. She is on good terms with the Velaryons of Driftmark, but carefully stays neutral. The year is 122-133 AC
Rhaenyra is as arrogant as ever.
I look forward to seeing if any of Elaena's children will inherit the dragon riding ability of their maternal grandfather, and if they will get any dragons.
Canonically Joffrey Velaryon and Rhaena Targaryen go to the Vale circa 129-130 AC.

Summary
The night of Laena Velaryon's funeral does not go as planned. No, not at all. An eye is lost and a dragon is claimed. But nobody thought King Viserys I Targaryen would make his Hightower Queen another Ceryse.
OR
Daemon just wanted to get through his dear Laena's funeral and fly off to Pentos with his children. But Viserys just couldn't keep his brood under control. In hindsight, he really needs to learn how to control his laughter.

Summary
Waking up with silvery blonde hair and in the body of an 11-year-old. The last thing Severus Snape wanted was the mark of the Deathly Hallows etched into his chest.
Reborn in a brutal medieval world after his death by Voldemort and Nagini, Severus finds himself disgustingly beautiful and wielding the power of the Hallows. Dragons soar, but a looming threat beyond a 300-foot ice wall demands his attention.
It doesn't help that the Targaryens over the generations have plans of their own. Not that he cared. Thankfully he had magic to rely on and a Kingdom to build. If only the Faith didn't view him as a heretic.

Summary
Helaena always found her sister Rhaenyra and brother-in-law Laenor more attentive to her than her own parents. As a young child she hopes to marry Jace in order to join gain them as parents. As she grows older she realizes a dark truth, there is a storm coming. With two rising factions threatening to tear apart her family and homeland, she comes up with a solution that can ensure everyone's survival. A marriage between her and Jace, but is such a union even possible with her grandfather's power grab and mother's hatred?

This fic will be a three part series, (book 2 currently ongoing) so therefore some characters and relationships will not happen until later books. Jace/Helaena are a slow burn.
