“You’re all so mean,” Ritsu complains, leaning back as far as possible so that Izumi struggles to lift him off the floor. “And Maa-kun won’t even defend me… how could you be so cruel to your own husband, Maa-kun?”
“Your what,” Izumi says, promptly dropping Ritsu on the floor, which, ow. The impact rattles Ritsu’s skull a little.
“My what,” Mao echoes.
Mao and Ritsu got “married” when they were in elementary school. Ritsu never stops bringing it up.

Hiyori says "sleepover", Ibara hears "team bonding exercise", so now he's sitting on the carpet of his bedroom, all the Eden members in a stupid little circle.
...in hindsight, he really can't believe he'd fallen for a trap as simple as this, but now the deed is done, and Ibara Saegusa has to experience the epic highs and lows of doing normal teenager things rather than, you know, things one should actually do at his age, such as run businesses and strategize for their next concerts like they're being sent to the trenches.

Everyone was aware of how much Izumi cared about his health, his body, his diet. He was quite loud and proud about it, policing people about how they should take care of themselves more. Really though, his advice was more often appreciated than not.

Summary
Leo has always stood by the opinion that jealousy is an ugly emotion, inspiring the worst kind of melody. Even so, that green emotion still wells up in him every time he sees Makoto, or even worse, Makoto with Izumi. Emotionally-driven inspiration leads to some of Leo’s best work, but he actively avoids pen and paper when he feels like this— he doesn’t want to hear this burning jealousy woven into a harmony.

He feels a little like a toddler that’s just discovered a new toy, but he’s now realizing how easy it is to fluster Izumi, and he loves it. He takes any opportunity to wink at him, or let a touch linger too long, and like clockwork, Izumi’s ears will turn a beautiful red. It’s mesmerizing, and Leo has written so many compositions over the past week directly as a result of his teasing— the sight of Izumi sparking countless melodies in his mind.
