Calliope watched the girl stumble out of her seat and down the tiny train aisle. She was short enough to almost vanish a few rows down, but Calliope's height gave her a view of the top of her head.
It was silly to feel protective over a literal stranger, but Calliope was still glad to see when she made it safely to the end of the carriage; something in her gut told her this girl was important, and Calliope always listened to her gut.
