Summary
For his entire life Izuku has managed to hide his true gender identity. Staff is kept to a minimum and changed out frequently, bathing, laundry and dressing is all done without assistance, all to avoid anyone finding out his secret. If the neighboring lords were to learn he was an omega and not the beta he has been passing as for so many years, Izuku's life would become hell on Earth.
