    "Everything. The pressure, the orders, fate. I just couldn't."

    or: After waking up in a strange place, fighting a war for people he couldn't remember, Link was done. He didn't want to be a knight to the throne anymore.

    So, he quit.

    After trying to find a place to live, Link finally settles, but people from the past and a certain champion won't leave him alone.

    (I'm really bad at summaries, but basically Link is done with being a champion and tries to find a place to live alone. He fails:))

    Unlike the Hero of Winds, Link wasn’t a hero; he knew as much. Meeting a group of real-life heroes made him even more certain of that fact. But when he’s thrown into the middle of their quest, he needs to figure out what his purpose there is.
    What did the Spirits plan for him?

    It has already been a while since the nine heroes started travelling together, fighting monsters and chasing Shadow. They’re pretty surprised to meet another Link so long after the beginning of their current adventure, thinking he’s one of them.
    Except he isn’t.
