Summary
Kakashi is bullied into being the guide for the delegation from Hana no Kuni. A small, hidden, once secluded shinobi village. It’s punishment for letting Naruto use his pervy jutsu in front of Kushina-nee. (He’ll never leave him alone with Jiraiya ever again.)
But when he goes to greet the delegation at the main gates, he doesn’t find crusty old windbag elders, like he expected.
Instead, he is greeted by the most brightly colored people outside of shinobis he’s seen from Kirigakure.
The head of the delegation also happens to be the Hanakage’s daughter.

Tobirama never thought he'd live to see this day. The great-grandchild who treated him like her personal napping pad has now grown up and turned into a young woman of such high repute.
When she became old enough to date, let alone get married, he had no clue. Time has quite literally escaped him. And despite knowing the young man across from him is just as reputable and from an impressive background, Tobirama hates him.
Because the young man stares at his angel like she's the sun and he's afraid to blink. At the same time, she looks at him like he hung the stars in the night sky.

Summary
Kakashi didn’t know what to think; where were Sakura’s parents that she supposedly had? Was no one around to take care of her? She’d opted to go straight home after every mission where she was injured while the boys both stayed back to get medical aid from Kakashi, saying that her parents weren’t super squeamish and they’d help patch her up. Was she alone all of those times?
Sakura's having a hard time. Kakashi takes note.
