Kate Spring's life was always the same: go to school, take care of her father, and watch her favorite anime. Go to college, take care of her father, and watch her favorite anime. Go to work, take care of her father, and watch her favorite anime.
It didn't bother her. She had grown accustomed fast to the alcoholism and the fact that she couldn't socialize properly because of that.
She didn't blame her mother for leaving them, and she also didn't blame her father for being an alcoholic. She was okay with it.
Till one faithful day, the normalcy she grew comfortable with was swept from under her feet, and her life changed.

Of course. Everyone seems to know her. It's the sweet girl that's always walking aroung Gotham leaving a trail of her vanilla's perfume.
