You're a teen getting ready for bed, it's around midnight and when you walk into your room to go to sleep you suddenly end up tripping through the door of class 1-A. In your pajamas. Very tired. And very disoriented.
Your first thought when you realized where you were since it was so impossible, glancing around at all of the battle ready students and the battle ready teacher, was, "Did I knock myself out or get a concussion when I tripped?"
"Y-you don't look knocked out, a-although you might have a concussion, y-you did hit your head p-pretty hard on the ground."
Midoriya, of course Midoriya can speak almost fluent English... wait... "I said that out loud didn't I?" At his empathetic nod I groaned.

Summary
Midoriya gets hit by a child's quirk with a delayed reaction that makes him sing his innermost feelings to the people that are around him when it finally triggers. Of course he's fine with Aizawa and 1-A listening, because he still doesn't really believe that they actually might care about his mental health or about him period. That's his mistake.

1-A's doing karaoke in the dorms with Aizawa supervising/babysitting them to make sure no-one spikes the punch and they don't choose too explicit of songs. When his friends and classmates push him to sing Midoriya chooses Teeth by 5 Seconds of Summer. Needless to say, everyone was surprised at the song choice.
