He reaches his office, the hand that was on his head traveling to rest on his nape, the other loose by his side.

There, right in front of him, on his plush couch, with her back turned to him is unmistakably their beloved blue and white clad Archon, hunched in on herself like a wounded animal, entirely unmoving and─
“…silent,” Wriothesley finishes the verse quietly, no longer singing.
