The bat bros are ride or die. And if that means searching for a very specific kind of pudding in the middle of the night so pregnant Babs doesn’t kill Dick, and fighting off the subsequent mafia hit job that follows, then they’re gonna fucking do that, you know?

Summary
“Tarsem, I challenge you for the title of Olo’eyktan. You have led our clan well for many years,” Tuktirey spoke through many hisses, though many remained quiet as they watched her, “however now our people remain stagnant under your leadership. It is time we move forward from the past.”
Tarsem set his hand on his eldest child’s knee, a precocious six year old child who had hissed at Tuktirey the loudest when she declared her challenge. “You believe you would be able to lead the clan better than I? Have you forgotten I was chosen by your father and grandmother? That I trained beside your eldest brother Neteyam?”
The name of her lost brother tore at Tuktirey’s chest, as it always did. It had been over ten years since her brother had passed and joined Eywa, yet the pain of loss was as fresh as a newfound wound.
