Read this at your own risk. I can’t say if it's a good story or if it has a happy ending or what’s hiding inside Izobel’s closet. Yeah, that’s the protagonist’s name and I’m warning you already that this would be something full of “life". Mhm, life. And when there’s life, there's always a problem. When there's a problem, there's a problem! Okay I’m not really good with summarizations, but know that this is gonna be a wild ride. Just to set your expectations—well, just don’t. Don’t expect anything good or bad. Just read on the whim and if you don’t like it, then drop it. No hard feelings. If your guts tell you to read this or if someone under your bed seemed more interested in this story than you, then maybe that’s the sign that you should! This story would revolve around Izobel mostly, about her life in Gotham City and we all know what that city is made of. Surely our well loved Caped Crusader is here, that lunatic clown and—whoever else you’ll encounter in that city, in that universe. So, have you decided already? If yes, then what are you waiting for? I dare you to read this awful mess. Carry on…

80 years later, Alfred Pennyworth is a surprisingly spry 100 year old man who doesn't look a day over sixty. Alfred's biological family and past are long-standing mysteries that may finally come to light.
This is an unpolished work. Pretty much a draft and some trains of thought that I later wish to create a fic from, but that I'd like for you to enjoy anyways as a sort of sneak peak, early access, and behind-the-scenes tour, along with a glimpse down a few different paths I could have taken this.

Gotham is definitely not the usual place people decide to go for a Vacation. Danny's not really planning on staying long, but after a while being on the road every day kinda gets old. The city has a large population, ectoplasm, and enough bullshit going on the GIW probably won't think to start up a branch for a while at least.
It's not like he can go home, anyway.
So he's just gonna lay low, get his feet underneath him, and then figure out what to do from there.
Grundy however didn't wait for him to explain any of that. Undead kid needs to lay low? Well, Grundy's got the perfect place for that! Can't get much lower than the sewers in Gotham, right?

My extrapolated story from I'm building off flamingpuddings post on Tumblr. What if Selina Kyle was Danny bio mom. That she had with Batman. And she put him up for adoption to her distance relatives the fentons. I've also taken the liberty to set the phantom time line up a few years earlier. Danny had his accident in Jr high. At 11 in 6th grade. He meets Selina at not yet 14 teen. A ton of DC characters will make appearances eventually. But it's going to focus heavily on Gotham based characters first. And slowly sprinkle in more phantom characters and other dc characters from all media forms messed together.
also to note a lot of characters will be introduced. a lot of relationships will be mentioned. most of the relationships are not monogamous or uncomplicated. if you are looking for a single ship, not the best fic. villains are not just villains and heroes are not just heroes. it's messy in here with tones of grey. Danny is the main focus of the story. with an ever growing meet and great format, with plot there in the background and slow going.
