Shane Hollander's life wasn't something he had ever truly controlled, every second of every day was a calculated event for his future.
It had always been like that and Shane believed it always would.
So, instead of focusing on what he did everyday, Shane focused on what he ate.
He recorded and planned every meal, making sure his body was perfect so he at least had something to be proud of.
But relationships with food are rarely so easy.
