Summary
A rewrite of the story from Zenitsu’s point of view—filling in the blanks of Zenitsu’s past, my wild guess at his characteristics.
Canon divergence where Zenitsu is Tengen’s long-lost little brother (which would only be revealed after the Entertainment District).
This starts off after returning from the Mugen Train, with Zenitsu going on an assignment without Tanjiro and Inosuke.

Zenitsu tore off the blindfold the moment he was free, forcing himself to rely on his eyes again. The world’s colors felt deafening, overwhelming, but he would not return to darkness. Closing his eyes soothed him, yes…but choosing to see was an act of rebellion.All his life, Zenitsu had been pushed and persuaded by others to do the things he most feared. He knew he was a coward, hated himself for it. He might be crazy for meaning it, but Zenitsu wished to be a conscious coward.
He wished to know all the beautiful things in life before he dies—the sunset, beautiful flower orchards, and his sweet Nezuko-chan. He made that promise to himself after he escaped his father.

Burned, Jon woke again to be a dragon.
Fallen, Sansa woke again to be a falcon.In other words, Sansa and Jon were reborn at a time when the other Targaryens still ruled. (Mostly Aerys the second)
More bookversed, so Sansa and Jon never really reunited in their former lives. Jon was still unaware of his true identity, and Sansa was never sold to the Boltons.
Sansa was the gentle and polite lady, while Jon was the brooding, Byronic, romantic hero.The real story starts at chapter three, though you might want to read at least chapter one for some general introduction.

Summary
The Starks are an ancient family known for their druids in Ireland. The Starks have proven to be extremely promising, even though druids are not inherited and only the strongest may become one. In addition to being poets, explorers, teachers, judges, and history recorders, druids are also recognized healers and seers. They receive arduous, rigorous, and protracted training.
The Starks maintain their practice of blood sacrifices and their knowledge of weirwood trees while other Druids perish and their methods of seeing the truth through oak trees are forgotten.
The ability of druids to communicate with animals and spirits has long been recognized; however, the Starks stand out due to their capacity for skin-shifting.
Ollivander picked up the common druid style of a grapevine wand, whereas the Starks have always made their wands from weirwood trees.
They typically never traveled east to England and are proud of their old ways.
That is, until, one day, out of the blue, the eldest Stark daughter received a Hogwarts letter.

Sansa Stark returns to a fractured North for the first time since traveling south as a young child to be fostered by her Aunt Lysa in King's Landing. Stannis Baratheon's troops have broken against the walls of Winterfell, starved and weakened by the relentless northern storms - their King's fate unknown. Roose Bolton lies dead within Winterfell's walls as his bastard, Ramsey Snow dances a bloody minuet with Jon Snow, the half-brother whom she has never met, and his rag-tag band of wildlings in the northern woods.Petyr promises that it's time for a true Stark to return and bring these mongrels to heel, with the might of the Vale behind her. Yet, the girl does not feel like a true Stark, nor does she know how to break free from Littlefinger's claws. A chance encounter sets her on course to Jon Snow's war camp, where disguised as Alayne, she helps the resurrected King-in-the-North unite the North and become Sansa Stark once again.
More book than show, with the twist that Sansa was fostered in King's Landing, and Jon spent is earliest years with the crannogmen meaning they do not know each other before the events depicted here. Focused on Sansa. Sansa is Alayne for most of the story.
