"I want comfort," he told the Evil Queen. "A good life--with all the usual amenities that come with that." And Regina delivers, complete with a wife he doesn't know what to do with. Is Isabel Gold Regina's spy or just a poor woman the Evil Queen hated enough to shackle to him? Either way, Rumplestiltskin isn't happy with this development...at least, not at first.

Summary
Instead of going west during the Dust Bowl, Belle French goes East to try to connect with family. With any distant family connection shunning her, she finds herself alone, hungry, and looking for work in Maine. She has always dreamed of a home and family with perhaps a few books for comfort, but now working as a maid with no other prospects, she thinks those dreams are long gone. Enter a sour housekeeper, a gruff, but secretly shy Mr. Gold, and an adorable Bae, and Belle might have found greener pastures after all.
