On a silent desert road, a lone trucker is making his way to his destination. The radio is silent with nobody to answer his calls. All is silent until another rig turns onto the road he's on and finally responds. The truck - Big Red, as he guessed from the paintjob, is a strange one to see around these parts, but even stranger is the voice that answers him from the radio.

An unexpected cold snap hits the base, and the kids get too chilly while playing in the snow. Even though he swears he doesn't care, Ratchet ends up going out of his way to warm them back up. In the end, this devolves into a giant cuddle puddle on the base floor. And Ratchet will STILL insist he hates the kids, as he does.
