    Did I think 1.0 was cute? 1.0 was insecure about the whole ‘being a murder machine thing’. I couldn’t blame it. I was a little insecure about the whole ‘being a murder machine’ thing too, but when 1.0 was curled up on some item of furniture staring off into the void with its hoodie pulled over its head watching media, it was cute.

     

    And I mean that objectively.

     

    Three has been listening to humans talk about love for a long time, and it has its own ideas about what being in love means. It thought everyone was on the same page, but when an offhanded confession to its new favorite SecUnit goes awry, it discovers that isn't the case.

    When an MI as power as ART chooses not to be as kind as ART, SecUnit gets to experience first-hand what ART could have done to it all this time. Its walls are paper, its body a puppet. It's a toy for something far more powerful than it, and there's very little SecUnit can do.

    Thankfully, ART isn't going to let this hostile MI gunship take its SecUnit away from it. Not without a fight.
