Summary
Hikaru grabbed his hand under the table, interlocking their fingers. “I’m feeling hot all over, Yoshikiiii,” he complained, drawing out Yoshiki’s name.
Turning his attention from the book he’d been browsing back to Hikaru, Yoshiki could immediately tell something was wrong.
Flushed in the face, Hikaru seemed a bit out of it. The possibility of a heat stroke in rural Japan was at an all-time high but Yoshiki had the suspicion that wasn't it.
Or
Hikaru is ill and Yoshiki is not handling that well (but what else is new).
