Summary
When Kim Dokja first opened his eyes in this new World, the first thing he marveled at was the calm serenity of the earth beneath him. When he looked below to his hands which danced across the black and white keys, cracks both large and small bled a pale glow all across his skin, a quiet and painful reminder of his fragility.
The World Conscious bared its fangs to protect its Stories, but it was not truly merciless. It gave its beings a once in a lifetime opportunity – a string which tied two together. A companion, a partner, a one and only soulmate. Nothing would be able to shatter such a harmonious bond.
Although Kim Dokja had been welcomed to breathe his last few years of life and usher in a new kind of sorrowful peace, within the depths of his star-lit eyes that had seen far too much, they reflected no one.
Until he arrived.

“See!” Kim Dokja exclaimed. “I told you it would work!”
As it turned out, Kim Dokja really was a gold egg-laying goose. Within his hands was the golden egg that Yoo Joonghyuk had been painstakingly waiting for. It had a soft, glamorous glow, evidently shined before being presented. When it hit the sunlight just right, a faint, sparkling glimmer ran across the surface of the shell.
Yoo Joonghyuk took the egg. Its size was no different to other eggs that Kim Dokja made, and its weight was roughly the same. Still, he was surprised. It had only been a day since they had done the deed, and Kim Dokja already managed to produce one.
No wonder he was never told what the process was for getting golden eggs. He had asked before to all owners, only to receive hums and haws and awkward coughs in response. As he watched Kim Dokja take back his egg to admire it, the more that Yoo Joonghyuk realized the similarities between golden goose owners.
Some owners had golden gooses that were already mated with another goose. The others, however, were often single despite their appearances or talents. He never asked the owners whether their goose was male or female—he had made the false presumption that all of them would be female. If they had to have sex in order to have golden eggs, that just meant the eggs themselves were a form of… offspring.
He didn’t think they’d be so perverse, falling to such animalistic behaviour. Especially those that partnered with their goose. Now he was one of them too.

Summary
It’s by wanting to watch a simple video before finally trying to sleep that he comes across a stream. It’s a game he doesn’t know much about because Dokja has never really been a fan of video games. In itself, the stream has nothing special and for now it’s a cinematic so the player doesn’t even speak.
He’s about to quit when he notices the view counter.

I’m the only one.
He doesn’t know why it makes him feel something. He never watches streams, much less gaming streamers, yet Dokja feels unable to leave. It’s not even pity that keeps him here: he stares at his screen without moving until finally the player starts talking.
“They really did a good job on the atmosphere. The music of the last few scenes was really…”
His voice drops suddenly. Dokja has three thoughts:
It’s a boy.
He doesn’t seem much older than me.
His voice is nice.
After his suicide attempt in middle school, instead of finding the will to live in Ways of Survival, Kim Dokja comes across the streams of SupremeKing.

“Do you like the game?”
I don’t play a lot. I don’t know this one.
“It’s pretty good, for now. I haven’t made much progress yet. I can tell you the beginning, if you want?"
Dokja raises his eyebrows. He doesn’t know why he suddenly wants to cry. He doesn’t do it and says:
Yeah. Thanks.
The boy tells him the scenario from the beginning, for about ten minutes while continuing the level. Dokja focuses on his voice and on the clicks of the remote controller.
When, after several hours, the boy completes one more main quest, he says:
“I’m gonna stop here, it’s 2AM already and I have class tomorrow.”
Oh, okay.
Thank you for tonight. It was cool.
“I plan to continue. If you’re interested. Thank you for watching.”
He lets a few seconds pass before finally ending the stream. Kim Dokja stays still, facing the page of his channel for a moment before pressing subscribe.
He is the first.
