Summary
20 years ago John Dory got into a bitter argument with his brothers and walked out on the family little knowing in doing so would have the catalyst effect of dividing them. Now he’s a successful Trolltuber, always on the road and never putting his roots down anywhere for very long. A series of events gets John in serious trouble causing him to reach out to his estranged brothers who all turn him down (bar one). The situation gets worse but after when things start to look up, John Dory finally endeavours to do the right thing. Refusing to let their oldest brother resign himself to this future Branch and Floyd attempt to get their remaining brothers to help rescue JD from a potentially harrowing fate….

“Show!?” John gawks, "If you think I’m gonna perform in some stupid little show-”
Velvet lets out a “Pfft!” rolling her eyes. “Nnnno. Listen up, little troll…” She starts, pulling the bottle up to her face, John feeling remarkably small in her gaze, car rumbling beneath them as it starts up.
“We’ve got bigger plans for you.”

Summary
Branch never intended for things between him and John Dory to be so weird after the whole Mount Rageous fiasco. But the guy turned around and abandoned him for twenty whole years, and then just barged back into his life by literally crashing his friend’s royal wedding? Yeah, he was pretty sure things were gonna be weird whether he wanted them to be or not.
So when John Dory finally asked if they could talk about it, Branch lost his temper. He didn’t mean to, he honestly didn’t, but twenty years was a really long time to let those feelings fester, and an even longer time to be alone.
But then John Dory does something stupid, reckless, and extraordinary, and Branch is forced to face the fact that maybe, just maybe, he was wrong about him. Maybe John Dory isn’t the selfish monster he’d spent twenty years thinking he was.
He just hoped he would get the chance to apologize.
