Elmer hummed. "Can't I be here, Officer Isshiki?"
Toto yelped. "I don't mean it like that! I'm just surprised to see you here... again"
"Just visit an old friend and a new friend" Elmer smiled while looking at both Ron and Toto. "I just want to ask you something"
Toto tilted his head in confusion. Waiting for Elmer's next word.
"Are you... free for a beach vacation?"
