“Close your eyes.” A whisper in her ear, soft hands over her eyes to make sure she actually closes them. A body presses into her from behind and she can feel how her feet sink in the cool sand quite comfortably as they move.
“Do you trust me?” Clarke mumbles in her ear then when they softly walk.
The wind is gentle, the sound of waves filling her ears whenever Clarke’s voice isn’t. The salty scent is new, but somehow comforting and calming at the same time.
She replies then. “Always.”
