Summary
There is a cruelty in growing up and coming into your own, only to be forced to become a child once more. Just as there is a cruelty in being discarded by an uncle for a young son yet to be born. The Kings and Queens of Narnia were forced from their homes, stifled in stagnancy, and pushed back into a life they did not want. A young prince was chased from his home and left begging for help from creatures he did not think existed.
This is the story of Prince Caspian, retold as it should have been.

Kevin sighed. “Pleasure to meet you.”
“I wish I could stay the same. I would give up if I were you.” Aaron wandered out of view.
“I think I’m good.”
“Did they even tell you what your reward is if you manage to beat the odds of your own incompetence?” Aaron said, still out of view.
“If I read correctly, I was promised a husband.” Kevin hummed.
“That’s absurd. You’re a man.” Aaron raised an eyebrow.
“Mhm.”
“There has never been 2 kings of one kingdom.” Aaron frowned.
“Correct, you would be king, I think my official title would be consort.” Kevin nodded.
“That affords you no political power.” Aaron gesticulated wildly, he started to pace in and out of Kevin’s line of sight.
“You really know your stuff.” Kevin mused.
“I don’t need your sarcasm.” He said somewhere out of view.
“But you do need my help.” Kevin stood and looked around the clearing.or
Kevin is the newest knight to undertake the trial of the dark wood in order to win the prince's hand in marriage.

“Dangerousse!” Finn exclaimed as he waved his wand towards the air. He was a bit far from town, just on the outskirts where there was a nice grassy hill with a few trees.
He was getting a bit frustrated. He had completed a multitude of simple spell books, and yet he couldn’t even perform a spell that… wasn’t a real spell?
Dangerousse was a faux spell for distracting enemies by casting a ball of light. He could even say this is one of the easiest spells he has tried to learn- in terms of what the book says. Obviously it isn’t turning out easy for him.

“There’s a child in there.” He whispered with a trembling voice.
Nicky rolled his eyes. He swear Kevin was the most dramatic person he had ever met in his entire life.
“Come on Kev, I know Aaron can be childish but don’t call him that.” He mumbled in a yawn.
Kevin directed his desperate gaze at Andrew, then at Neil, and ended with his eyes on Nicky.
“Nicky, There’s a child in there, a boy. And i mean a little boy, an infant, a toddler, a lad..” Kevin started numerating all the nouns he could think about with his fingers.
