You had known Jake, your brother in anything but blood, your entire life and when he vanished among the stars, it felt like the most natural thing to leave Earth as well. You could not join him on Pandora, but you could drift among the stars until he was done with his mission.
A night of terror and Jake finding his place among the People changed everything forever. You were content, as much as you could be, to keep drifting, going from planet to planet. From mission to mission. You half waited for the day Jake decided to be done with you, to stop sending you messages from his happy life among the People.
Until one day you overheard your fellow soldiers talk about returning to Pandora and their revenge. You took the chance and joined them to protect your family, setting foot on Pandora when you had never, ever expected to go there. To see your family again.
