Summary
While 8 years old, little Atsushi is kicked out of his orphanage. Left to stave and fend for himself. That is until he ‘saved’ an older man from drowning in Tokyo’s Tamagawa Canal. Said man worked at a place called the Detective Agency with his very loud partner. Apparently they were looking for a white tiger. It couldn't be the same tiger after him right?
