    Earlier logs had already shown Ryland talking to the ships computer like it was a person, but this was understandable. His apparent hallucination of a sentient alien species however, was not. Space was big and scary, especially for someone who still didn’t know exactly why they were there, but Grace was still a grown man - never in her wildest imaginings of ways this could go had Stratt anticipated him inventing an alien imaginary friend.
