Summary
This is the sequel to *A Desperate Bargain.*
A few months ago, Hermione Granger married Severus Snape to keep him from being sent to prison. Against all odds, they've fallen in love, but their relationship is still new and fragile.
Now, their marriage is put to the test as they return together to Hogwarts: Hermione as an eighth year student, and Severus as a professor.
Around them, their friends are being matched by the Ministry's Marriage Initiatives. And Draco Malfoy, who only narrowly avoided prison thanks to Severus, must too comply with a ministry marriage, or be sent to Azkaban.

Hermione has been in love with Severus for years, and she believes he has feelings for her too. But every time she confesses, or tries to pursue him, Severus always rebuffs her. He argues that she isn't serious, or couldn't possibly love him, or is simply confused.
Last night, Hermione finally cornered him at the Three Broomsticks. In a sudden burst of daring, she challenged him to make an Unbreakable Vow that if she could conclusively prove that she loved him, then he would tell her how he felt about her.
Of course, Severus never expected her to be able to prove it.

Summary
My (hopefully) unique spin on the Marriage Law Challenge. The Ministry is forced to decree that all over-age witches and wizards must marry, in order to counteract a curse placed by Voldemort. With the help of the Amans Revelare spell, the Ministry pairs Hermione up with the last person she would have expected.
