Tim gets pollened. Jason pretends to be pollened so he can help Tim, who is very freaked out about having to spend hours attached to Red Hood. Tim analyzes the pollen, realizes Hood was not pollened and tracks him down. He points out that Jason totally helped him on purpose and if he wanted a hug he could’ve just asked. Jason gets angry and threatens him and Tim says he’ll tell on him to Nightwing. Unfortunately for both of them, Nightwing is listening.

Summary
After the capture of the notorious supervillain, Nightmare, who had been reining terror down on the city for the past year, the Hero Coalition runs into some problems. Upon being unmasked, it's revealed Nightmare is not legally an adult and is the child of one of their top heroes.
The laws are complicated around children who put on masks. While the cops, lawyers, and heroes figure out how to handle this mess without leaking anything to the press, the kid needs to go somewhere. He can't go home with his adoptive father who is facing child negligence charges (not to mention the man's superhero alter ego had beaten the shit out of him live on camera last week). He can't go to a normal family with his dangerous powers. He can't even be thrown in jail without risking the scandal getting out.
So, they turn to Crowfather to save the day!
“Did you attend school?” asked Phil.
“Yeah.”
“What's your favorite subject?”
“The fuck are you doing old man?” he asked, suspicious but calm. At least... calm until his social worker spoke.
“Thomas,” he scolded, his hand coming down to squeeze the boy’s ankle.
Oh, Phil thought. The boy hadn't been kidding about the biting like a dog thing.

Tommy is a villain foster au. Relatively slow-paced and SBI aren’t empathetic paragons of perfection. He comes to them injured (badly burned from the stomach down) and they don’t immediately notice but he assumes they know. Dream fostered him and manipulated him into being his nemesis to get Dream more clout.

Skeppy is not doing well. He is sick, and the illness is consuming him from the inside. It was just the cold first. Then it was the chest pain. The difficulty with breathing. The dizziness that had Skeppy grab onto Bad’s arm and hold for a few minutes. And then it was the crying spells. The anger. The joy that Bad loves oh so much but was almost worrisome in its intensity. Now Skeppy is always more tired, always somewhat in pain – and Bad is so incredibly concerned.
They saw a few doctors, none of whom could find anything wrong with him. Skeppy is fine – he has no reason not to be. He has no visible illnesses, no sickness, not any condition that explains the way he is slowly wasting away.
Bad hates it. He tries, as best as he can, to support his best friend, but Bad doesn’t have any powers. He is just one person, trying everything he can think of to heal Skeppy from his mysterious ailment.
So he makes him warm cups of tea, wraps him in blankets, makes sure that Skeppy remains on the couch and doesn’t exert himself. And when Skeppy cries, Bad takes him in his arms and reminds him that he is safe and loved.
OR: Bad is normal (sic), Skeppy is sick.

Bad almost kills Skeppy by subconsciously trying to steal his heart with his void magic. This manifests with Skeppy having dramatic mood swings. Bar goes to get help from Dream, who is terrible and provides a “cure” that in no way fixes anything. Bad learns to live with it until Techno and Phil visit Skeppy and immediately want to know what’s wrong with him. Ends with Bad and Skeppy sharing magic and actually learning how to use it.
