Klavier gets glasses, and that is the breaking point. The straw on the camel's back that makes him break down in tears as he realises that he looks exactly like the monster of a man that puppetted him for years.

Apollo walked closer to Klavier. No matter how much he tried, he couldn’t turn his eyes away from Klavier’s. It was like he was the one to bewitch him this time, but he welcomed it with open arms.
Klavier looks at him expectantly. For someone reserved, he could be certainly bold when needed. Apollo grasps his hand and squeezes it.
“You couldn’t overstep your boundaries even if you tried, Klavier.”
“Then… please. Show me how far you’re willing to go.”
