Summary
Kristoph did not change his hair, after the Gavinners. It would be losing. Klavier does not change his now, does not put as much effort into it, revels in knowing that Kristoph hates messy things and even more hates being associated with them. The band is gone now, disbanded after the whole Daryan ordeal, and it is unlikely that he will take up a solo career, but he makes sure Kristoph receives any tabloids that still picture him. Makes sure Kristoph knows he has lost.
Kristoph the murderer. Kristoph the beacon of hope in the dark age of the law, one which he helped usher in. Kristoph the perfect villain, perfect brother, perfect lawyer, perfect friend. Kristoph the poisoner. Kristoph the poison.

Summary
Out of everyone, it is Akechi who comes closest to understanding him. They are two sides of the same coin, after all. Dual edges on a sword, rivals to the bitter and terribly sharp end, yet companions in the same way. Two pawns in a rigged game, meant to face off until one of them forfeits or dies.
Neither of them is really the forfeiting type.

Summary
On certain occasions, the Sea of Souls is given the opportunity to blend itself with reality. Never in the same way, often affected by whichever god decides to take residence in humanity’s consciousness. Hamuko resides within the Sea of Souls, unattainable, protecting humanity from one singular god, one singular fate that may await it. Her sacrifice prevents the immediate downfall of humanity, but it does not stop other gods from interfering.
A god interferes.
Once more the Sea of Souls merges just slightly with reality.
It is when reports of Phantom Thieves and stealing hearts begin that Theo knows the time is drawing near.

Summary
“Persona!” calls a girl in a tight red catsuit. A being materializes behind the girl and sends fireballs at the Shadow. The Shadow - which looks familiar in a way that she does not expect it to - responds by knocking the girl down. Backup arrives. The group seems surrounded, and they are not exactly doing well. She could help, but - all she has is a fake gun.
She watches as one of them - wearing a black trench coat and red gloves - points the fakest looking gun she’s ever seen and fires. It hits the Shadow. It works, so why doesn’t hers?
“I chooseth this fate of mine own will.”
What did the girl say?
Persona. . .
She raises the gun to her head. Someone - is that a UFO? - finally notices and calls out in a panic, but now she’s sure of what she’s doing. “Per. . . so. . . na.” She shoots. Someone screams. Messiah bursts forth in all his glory, almost like a long-forgotten friend.

Summary
Honestly the problem is just that she's never slept this far away from him before - they've always had adjacent rooms, if not a shared one, until now. And that's been fine, because they're both teenagers and some amount of separation is to be expected, but she feels like garbage and right now all she cares about is not feeling like garbage, so it would be really great if Minato hadn't hung up on her. She's so going to guilt trip him about it when she feels better.
"I'm your only family, Min, and you can't even help me when I feel sick, hm? Too busy with your computer games for your poor older sister -"

Summary
The others seem to think it makes him perfect, untouchable. To not have a Shadow means there must be nothing wrong with him. To not have a Shadow means he can be trusted - after all, he does have a Persona, and Personas only appear to those who have conquered their Shadows. To not have a Shadow means he's never had a worry, troubled thought, or malicious intent.
He thinks it just means some god decided to fuck his life up.

Summary
The Phantom Thieves find a distinction between the demonic shadows and those born out of the hearts and minds of real people. The Phantom Thieves do not kill, do not do lasting damage, too stuck on some moral high-ground to realize that the line they have drawn for themselves only holds them back. The Phantom Thieves are impossibly pure, frustrating in their savior attitudes, annoyingly naïve to the realities of the world around them.
They irritate him to no end.
Why, then, does he find himself longing to have their lives?
