In the early months of 2040, a study of pre-revolutionary android code reveals that Cyberlife purposely designed androidkind with contrived durability. After they reach a certain point in their lifespan, androids are designed to break down rapidly no matter how carefully each android is maintained.
Not long after, a cluster of tactile sensors on Connor's left hand fizzle out.
