Summary

He has to ignore the constant pull within him that draws him closer to the the hero assigned to stop him from doing his job. How does he avoid the teacher assigned to keep an eye on you when all he wants to do is run straight into his arms instead?

Midoriya Izuku and Aizawa Shouta wake to a reality where they're not only soul mates, but they face a world where Dom/sub relationships are not only accepted, but the new normal.

“I need to get ready for work,” Izuku mumbled. He looked down at the half-asleep man, noting how his long black hair covered his face, skin exposed here and there.
“My cute little analyst, always telling stories, always humming tunes with that angelic voice…” Izuku’s mind went black with overstimulation, “If I kidnapped you, would anybody notice?”Was that…casual? The night before? Maybe drunk talk?
“Work?” Aizawa mumbled, confusion lacing his tone, “But you always have night shift at the station.” The man finally opened one eye, looking up at the omega before tugging him even further against himself.
or:
Izuku, quirkless, an omega and struggling with money, has two jobs. Aizawa doesn't like that, especially after the hero revealed his true feeling for the other the night before, so he does something about it.

Izuku tilted his head back to the sky, remembering his thoughts from earlier about the stars. “They could all be burned out, dead for thousands or millions of years, and we’d never know. The light takes billions of years to reach us. By the time a star blinks out of our sky, it’s been gone for just as much time, and we’ve never once mourned its passing. It’s…sad, don’t’cha’think?”
“Huh. I never thought of it that way.”
“We’re…small. So small compared to the universe. Ants to the celestial bodies above us, but we cannot fully comprehend them, we’ll never even see them in real time.”
“Ships passing in the night.” Hitoshi suggested.
“Is what what we are?” The words just slipped out. Izuku hadn’t meant to say them, but a part of him desperately wanted to know what this was.

Izuku’s breath caught in the lowest part of his chest, nearly making him choke. Katuski’s words weren’t spoken in Japanese, or even in English, the two main languages of their company. He spoke in Persian, a long dead dialect, too. Izuku understood him perfectly. It wasn’t his mother tongue, and honestly Izuku didn’t even remember which was his first language anymore. No one alive (minus a few very skilled scientists) could translate, let alone speak ancient Persian this well. The only way to get the accent and inflection correct was to live it. But it wasn’t just the language, Katsuki was reciting a poem that Izuku knew had burned in the library of Alexandria.
