After saving Deku from a villain, Bakugou finds himself with a pink, heart-shaped symbol tattooed below his belly button. According to Recovery Girl, the villain's quirk puts his body into a lust-crazed state similar to an animal in heat. It's mostly harmless—all he has to do is avoid all human contact for 24 hours until the quirk wears off on its own. Simple enough.

So, Izuku had found acceptance where he could, among strangers, in the folds of private forums and online chat rooms.
In other words, an online stranger takes pity on Izuku and gifts him a device to take control of his bullying situation and then some more.

“Thankful? You want me to be thankful?” Katsuki leans right into Izuku’s space and lets out a mean laugh. “What? You expect me to grovel?” Izuku opens his mouth to deny it, but Katsuki cuts him off, tone dripping with derisive sarcasm. “You’re right, Deku. Thank you so much. What would I do without you around to keep me safe?”
Izuku’s mouth goes dry and he can feel his heart beating hard against his ribcage. He knows Kacchan is making fun of him but his body doesn’t seem to have gotten the memo. Blood rushes to his head and then seems to do a U-turn and go directly south.
“Kacchan…” he says, not sure if he wants to tell Katsuki to shut up or keep going.
Or Deku has a kink for Katsuki thanking him.
