Vi takes her little sister Powder to an expensive neighborhood for trick or treating under the condition that she covers for Vi as she attends a party. Impatient to have fun, Vi leaves Powder alone in front of the Kiramman mansion, but some of the decorations aren’t as lifeless as they seem.
