Summary
The first time Hadrian witnessed his Beta furious was when Ariki created a new clearing on their island home. When Ariki explained the attack on his little sister, Hadrian understood completely. He'd be raging too if someone had hurt Hermione that way. His Beta sobbed into his shoulder when he revealed the Air Royal's ruling and the blood price his mother was bearing in Kandra's stead. Finally Ariki admitted that Kandra had decided to renounce her Submissive rank if only to prevent something worse from happening.
Normally, Hadrian preferred to let his Beta's family continue on without undue influence from the Aqua'kin'e courts, but with one Blood Title incapacitated and the other Bound against interfering in a Royal Decree, the threat to his Beta's parental circle and his own budding circle was intolerable.

Summary
Prince Hadrian Oceanus Potter-Black sighed in pleasure as the warm sun soaked into his skin. While he spent most of his time now in the water-dragel controlled, Merrow Waters, being Aqua'kin'e royalty kinda sucked that way, he preferred to indulge his landwalker heritage as much as possible. Well, at least when he could get away with it.
This time he'd managed to secure most of the day for sunbathing. For other water-aligned dragel, that meant lounging in the shallows beneath the surface and soaking up the sun. In contrast, Hadrian preferred being up on the beach in the sand soaking up both the heat of the sun and the pleasurable feel of hot sand against his bare skin. And if he scandalized his guard for the day? Bonus points.

Summary
