“nice to see you again,” he began pleasantly as I tossed the blanket on my bed to the side, summoning the light on above my head silently, providing slightly more light so he could see me better. Whether or not he wanted to was a different matter entirely. “You sound pleased to see me,” he shrugged, “haven’t decided yet, fate must have a plan,” my eyebrow rose silently. “Well take your time, I'm sure fate is taking its’ too,” fate and I were not friends.
“Besides I'm not going anywhere,” I muttered it quietly, but he must’ve heard from the way he shifted in his bed, edging closer to the end. For a moment there was more silence before his eyes caught sight of the glass at my side, I said nothing as he eyed it curiously, “what is it?” I smiled wryly, careful not to display my fangs in the low light, “cranberry juice,” I replied flatly, unblinking as my eyes flickered to the thick liquid for a second. Lupin looked on in disbelief, if I were meaner I might have dared him to take a sip to check.
