“Is it soup today…? Or are you going to torture me with another one of your demonic food experiments?” Kim Dokja’s eyes flick up to Yoo Joonghyuk’s expression, taking in his handsome face. Even while cooking he looks the part of a model. This scene right now could even be mistaken for a damn ad for the kitchen equipment he’s using.
“What demonic food experiments?” Yoo Joonghyuk’s eyes snap towards him. He releases a sigh, “It’s not something new.” He ladles the soup, stirring it. “Egg drop soup.”
“Mmm…” Kim Dokja hums. “Smells good.”
In the mornings, time passes by impossibly slow. But, something like that is fine for Kim Dokja.

Yoo Joonghyuk takes his moment of distraction to scoot closer. Close enough for his grubby hands to take hold of Kim Dokja again.
“Ah, Joonghyuk-ah…” he whines. “My cheek hurts, damn it!”
“It’s soft,” Yoo Joonghyuk mumbles. He pinches it again, drawing another yelp from Kim Dokja’s mouth.
“Hey, Joonghyuk-ah…” Kim Dokja glares blearily at Yoo Joonghyuk. “It’s too early for this, you bastard…”
“I won’t pinch anymore,” Yoo Joonghyuk says.
“It’s not a matter of you pinching or not!” Kim Dokja huffs. “I’m trying to sleep. Please, Joonghyuk-ah…”
After waking up, an unmistakable urge overtakes Yoo Joonghyuk at the sight of Kim Dokja’s face.
