   Summary

   While traveling together post-NE, ART and Murderbot stumble across concerning traces of an old familiar enemy. Murderbot sets off to investigate and finds itself trapped, held hostage by a mysterious augmented human with no idea where it is, why, and how it's going to get out of this. To make things worse, it's supposed to deal with having emotions about things on top of all this? Real things, not just Sanctuary Moon? Ugh.

   It’s kind of an understatement to say I have a lot of experience with unexpected emergencies. In theory, I was really good at responding to stressful and potentially dangerous situations in a smart and strategic way.

   Summary

   When Murderbot loses its vision in the middle of a security briefing, it must turn to its friends for help in figuring out what caused it before cascading malfunctions take it out of commission entirely. Especially when those malfunctions start causing it to lash out at the only people equipped to help it.
