Summary
Back with the phenomenal rfsmiley for this one. This fic kicks me in the gut every time I read it.
Aziraphale's slow realization of what he must do and his acknowledgement of the simmering anger he carries are so deftly done. I think Aziraphale's anger is something we should talk about more. As a fellow person brought up in an extremely religious home the way we are always told to sublimate our anger, how it's inappropriate, how it's ugly and unladylike (for me a afab person), it's hard when you suddenly realize how fucking furious you are.
This story really feels like it should be canon and frankly i always think of it as so. Thanks as ever for the gift of your words!

Summary
This story gets me right in the heart. The feeling of not knowing yourself, making a fundamental mistake in judgement, and hurting people you love, unfortunately are familiar to a lot of us. This is a story that makes me identify with Aziraphale so much. Not only in his feelings about himself but also that protective instinct that flares up when you are trying so hard to apologize and make amends. rfsmiley talks about Name of the Wind as an inspiration for the story and I apologize to the author for never having (YET) read this one.
rfsmiley is one of my favorite authors and the way this story is woven together just makes it sing. I love it SO much. Thank you for all your words and this beautiful gift to us all.*title from the poem Names by Peter Munro highly recommended reading!

Summary
Inspired by rfmsiley’s Made Flesh, which I have re-read until I can quote from it.
“I am that desire,” says Atys. “Made flesh.”
This is my re-imagining of what happens to Atys.
In tribute and gratitude to a master writer.

Summary
“Aziraphale, who is going to hear us?” Crowley cast his arms about the carriage. “No one else is here! And do you honestly think She’s going to raise a hand and smite me down for a moustache?”
Its 1749, and Aziraphale invites Crowley out to a Parisian Salon under a paper thin excuse to conduct a blessing and a temptation. Aziraphale is decked out in lace and silk, Crowley has period inappropriate facial hair, and all your favorite French philosophers are here all causing a fuss.
