In an accident during training Eren gets stabbed by a blade. Everyone thinks he's a goner. And he would be, were it not for his wound starting to steam and close up once he falls unconscious.
But that wasn't what happened, right? Reiner must have been imagining things, people don't just heal from their deathly wounds with a cloud of steam. Not unless they're a Titan Shifter, so of course it couldn't be.

Summary
Due to an unexpected error in Palpatine's careful planning, Anakin discovers he is a Sith Lord before time. This certainly disrupts Palpatine's plans, but it changes little. Anakin has many weaknesses and Palpatine intends to exploit all of them. One way or another, he is getting a new Sith Apprentice.
