   Summary

   Kirk never thought he would be doing this but Khan's blood had changed something inside him. He had to respond to it now that the last mission was over and Command was splitting up his crew. He had to listen to the weird bond he could feel pulling him like a leash straight for the Augments.

   Kirk was going to free Khan and his crew or die trying.
   If he actually succeeds? Well handing himself over to Khan's mercy seemed like a good idea if only to quench his rage against the universe.
