Summary
Korea has a large problem. Delinquents and gangsters run the streets and people live in fear at the thought of being targeted by these violent groups who were always looking to pick a fight. The police and authorities were incompetent and corrupt and no one could do anything to resolve the problem…until Charles Choi suggested the idea of forming an underground yet 'legal' fighting ring.
