Summary:
Realization #1: Steve is wearing a costume. He’s dressed as Springsteen on the cover of Born In The U.S.A. The album cover is staring at Eddie from the stack of records by the speakers, and he flicks his eyes between the cover and Steve, almost laughing at how obvious the resemblance is.
Immediately after that, revelations two and three slam into him like an eighteen-wheeler.
#2: Bruce Springsteen is kind of hot.
#3: Steve Harrington is really hot.
A fourth and much louder thought echoes through Eddie’s brain: oh, shit.

Is this where I admit that before I read this, the only Bruce Springsteen song I could name was the one where he sings Santa Claus is Coming to Town and breaks down laughing?
I am actually so grateful for the music education this fic gave me. There were obviously some gaps in the curriculum provided to me by my parents. In fact, the entire Stranger Things fandom has given me many new ear worms and hours of enjoyment. Love this for me!
Anyway! Enjoy this. It's very fun.
Oh, And: I sorta apologize for my bad singing. I think it's supposed to be sort of bad? But knowing that while reading and hearing it in your ear holes are two very different things so . . . heh. It is what it is!
