In this post-apocalyptic world, where a government system no longer exists, there are three ways to survive. Seonghwa leads a pack of seven members - all of them rescued by him from the cruel cult system. He is also the only unmated member of his family. At least until the day, when in an abandoned warehouse, he encounters a chained alpha, left to die in the middle of his rut. Seonghwa gets pulled into the alpha's heat wave from the intense scent and they accidentally mate.
