But like that was completely unimportant and he was doing fine living two lives and keeping them seperate.

When he was Tim, he had to keep up on dying his gray strand of hair black, if any roots were spotted by his coworkers his cover would be blown and he would have to explain. It's been 3 years since his parents and grandpa were taken after Trollstice. JD, now 16 years old, has been dealing with a Troll that hurts him, taking care of his siblings, a grandma who can't walk well, and with the BroZone band. At the last BroZone concert, he messed up, sending him into a spiral.
After that concert, he decides to leave, not because of the fight but because he's scared. After saying goodbye to Branch, he left for the Neverglades. Still on his way to the mountain trail, he found 2 wounded and unique trolls, younger than him, who will make JD understand that running away would not solve anything.
After helping them get better, he decides to go back to the tree with his brothers and grandma and tell them the truth.
The 2 younger trolls convince him to let them go along, even after JD explaining the danger. JD comes back home a month after leaving, with the 2 trolls, only to find out his brothers left, leaving Branch with their grandma. The presence of the 2 new trolls in the family will change things in their lives.
JD's adventure and new meetings await for him along the way. -

The boy was lain on his side; he looked peaceful, as if he had just fallen asleep for a moment and lost track of time.His face was soft looking in sleep, a light brown, with his lips slightly parted. His hands were curled protectively around the empty space beside him. He wore a faded orange shirt and baggy jeans, with tattered old converse poking out from the hem of them. He was undoubtably handsome, even if it was in a homeless, skater type of way.
The wind brushed lightly against his skin. His face was littered with little pale nicks on his nose and cheeks, showing an insight to the life the boy had led. As the moonlight shone on him every so often his skin would seem to ripple, scales seeming to creep up his scared arms, slits appearing in his neck. But it was surely a trick of the light as the boy who lay there his black hair filling over his eyes was completely normal... completely.
