Yin always hated people. It made sense why they found their first semblance of friendship in the metal and wires that made up their coworkers, it was the perfect job, honestly. Dual technician/night guard was a dream come true, minus some hiccups and awkward moments that seemed suffocating in the moment, but it only made the fresh air afterwards taste that much sweeter. Sure, they were extremely closed off, even to the daycare attendants who they deemed their best friends, but still, things were good. A surface level friendship that could remain just that. Simple.
