The main operation room monitor flipped to a drone camera's footage on the largest screen. In frame was none other than Captain Narumi. His hair was off his forehead and his mask was down. His short brows were furrowed. His bright red eyes squinted into a serious expression as he stared directly into the lens. The background showed the top of an absolutely mangled carcass of the worm kaiju that he just one-shot hours before.
So he was talking about her? This was her first day. What would he want with her?
The entire room waited in anticipation for what the greatest kaiju combatant was about to say.
“Go out with me."

The exams to recruit new members to the Defense Force has finally arrived, and as always, Soshiro Hoshina and Mina Ashino are the proctors of the second stage. Alongside young alphas and betas that had military training were an omega that had just returned home from schooling in California (the daughter of their commander, Isao Shinomiya), and an omega coming from Paris France to join their efforts to repel the Kaijju, Loki Surrere.
Mina Ashino may be the mate to Soshiro, but both of them are alphas, and if they want children they will need to have an omega...and here comes Kafka Hibino...Mina's childhood friend. And Soshiro isn't jealous. Not even a smidge. Maybe a bit. But that's not why the omega rubs him the wrong way! He just needs to keep the omega close to keep an eye on him...and give tacit approval for his mate to approach him as well...
This will be an interesting exam.
